TUAW's reader has spotted US President Barack Obama carrying an iPad 2 from the official White House Photostream on Flickr.
The photo was taken few weeks back while the President was walking to Marine One after a town hall meeting, which gives a glimpse of him carrying an iPad 2 with a polyurethane Smart Cover.

how about Rattsoignorant...it's an app for people like rattso that do not do the research to see that Reagan, Bush I & II increased the deficit during their term & did nothing to restore America...or how about Rattsoclown, it's an app that takes soundbites & allows the user to give 1 sentence replies like Fox news does to brainwash their listeners...uh, do the research first then talk...words sound so different coming out of one's mouth rather than their A**...you're entitled to your opinion but at least let it be yours & not what's force fed by people like you...i'm sure you'll comment rather than keep it moving...

I'm sure he was using it to pass a law that will allow illegal immigrants the right to receive in-state tuition. This guy doesn't care about nothing but catering to Hispanics so they can vote for him. I can't wait until his term is up.

Hey freddyready ... bush spent $622 Billion on the war from shock and awe in 2003 until he left office in 2008. Obama Spent $787 Billion in the stimulus bill he signed and $888 Billion in FY 2010 on welfare related expenditures. The most Bush increased the deficit in a single year was $413 Billion in 2004. Obama's budget proposal for FY 2013 would increase the deficit by $533 Billion. Obama increased the debt by $3.445 trillion in two years ($1.723 trillion a year), Bush increased it by an average of $607 Billion a year for each year of his two term presidency. Hows that for research before talk? Not sure what any of this has to do with iphones/ipads however.I have an iPhone and an Android Tablet ... still don't see the draw for the iPad if I have an iPhone since they run on the same OS and I can do more on my android tablet with its full size USB port, HDMI out, microSD slot, and wider range of file compatibilities than an iPad.

I wonder the age groups of these posters?? Anyway he is doing a pretty decent job with what was handed to him. Get real on immagration...send them all back? "They took r jobs" (hillbilly voice) This rhetoric is unrealistic. Many companies use immigrant workers and need them for daily operations. Do you own a business? Can you handle your budget? Imagine the national one. There arent immediate fixes to decade old problems. We need reform.Or whoever the next president is will just inherit these issues. Oh and IPAD FTW lol
