Sn0wbreeze 2.6.1: Untethered iOS 4.2.7 Jailbreak For Verizon iPhone 4 Released
iH8sn0w has released Sn0wbreeze 2.6.1, which will allow Verizon iPhone 4 users to jailbreak their iPhone on iOS 4.2.7, which was released by Apple couple of weeks back.
Sn0wbreeze 2.6, which was released last week already allows GSM iPhone users who want to jailbreak and also unlock their iPhone to update their iPhone with a pre-jailbroken iOS 4.3.2 firmware while preserving the baseband from getting upgraded so that it can be unlocked using Ultrasn0w.

YES Fas, very selfish. Damnit they need to make an unlock NOW for a phone you can't jailbreak because apple upgraded the software again! Really seriously I want the unlock for a phone thats not jailbroken.

No "WE" are not tired of jailbreaks. Don't use "WE" because you don't speak for me. "I" am quite happy with the jailbreaks. "I" can care less about an unlock. "I" recognize that without jailbreaks you will never unlock your phone. if "I" ever decide "I" need to unlock my phone "I" will be happy that they took the time to make a jailbreak to do it.

lucky to still be on baseband 05.13.04 but behind on iOS 4.0.1 still. is it safe to update the iOS with older basebands and reunlock with ultrasn0w? no incompatibility issues?
