PwnageTool 4.3.3, Redsn0w 0.9.6rc15 And Ultrasn0w 1.2.3 Released For iOS 4.3.3
iPhone Dev team has just released PwnageTool 4.3.3 and Redsn0w 0.9.6rc15 for iOS 4.3.3 that incorporates the untether jailbreak developed by iPhone hacking expert Stefan Esser.
PwnageTool 4.3.3 will allow iPhone users to safely restore to a pre-jailbroken iOS 4.3.3 firmware and retain their current baseband so that they can use Ultrasn0w to unlock their GSM iPhone, which is only useful for users with older baseband.

yup, having the same issues! I removed the apple ip address block from the hosts file and it won't even let me restore from a normal backup! UGH..

I got the same problem. I've solved it by changing the hosts file back to apple. It was pointing to cydia servers before.For me, the following worked (on a mac):Go>Go to FolderType in '/etc'Open the file named hosts in TextEditRemove the line '74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com'

I hace been having problem with unlocking my iphone 4GS verison: 4.3.3. my modemfirmware is: 05.16.02. as far I know the available modemfireware for this jailbreak is: 01.59.00 / 04.26.08 / 05.11.07 / 05.12.01 / 05.13.04 / 06.15.00. What to do? Please reply

Ultrasn0w 1.2.3 does not support baseband 05.16.02. One option would be upgrade to iPad baseband firmware (06.15.00) using but we don't recommended it as you will end up losing GPS and there is no way to downgrade it currently.

Just tried to JB and unlock my Iphone 4 WITHOUT success. JB seems to work BUT unlock does not. In fact, for some reason I cannot use my Iphone with the SIM that was working BEFORE I JB and/or tried to unlock it. Now it does not work with ANY SIM!! So confused now.I JB using redsn0w rc15 with 4.3.3 (baseband 04.10.01). Then ran redsn0w rc16 for the bug fix and also tried ultrasn0w 1.2.3 as well.All other functions seem to work and I can use it as an Itouch with WiFi but phone functionality seems to not work at all. Disappointed to say the least and would appreciate any help.If it is not appropriate to ask here, could someone point in the right direction on where to go to ask? Probably need to speak to Comex or Dev team and hopefully they will read this.
