iPad Hologram Setting – We Want It Now
Do you find iPad or iPhone’s screen too small while consuming certain types of digital content? No problem, what if it is possible to create a larger hologram of the iPad screen and you're able to use multi-touch hand gestures to interact with it instead?
It sounds futuristic but Amit Agarwal of Digital Inspiration has stumbled on a video created by Zack King, a film student from LA that gives a glimpse of just what to expect in the future.

we actually can have more technology better than that.. the only thing its that the goverment doesnt want us to have that technology. they used for their purpose. even we can actually have spaceships but the gorverment doesnt want to let us know.... come on people.. wake up. technology has been here for million of years. we are just dicovering the basic ones. but this guy its getting to the right idea of what the world should be and outside of earth.....

This will never be done, because it cannot be done. A hologram is light, so light needs to be projected in a surface, it cant be projected into thin air. Take a flashlight and point it at the distance, no matter how far you follow it, you till never see the end of the light trail. Just look at that sixthsense technology, it needs a surface to be reflected on. That will come eventually, but displaying a hologram into thin air, like this ipad video, that is scientifically impossible.

Actually It is possible, And The technology is already in use. Use google. http://www.optigone.com/this thing has been around for years. Now it would be alot harder for a machine to replicate this but it can be done. Much like a sound wave b/c light is a wave. You want to sample the light digitize the light. The convert it back to analog light. It does not need a surface the air can be used as the medium.
