Next iPhone Won’t Include NFC Technology For Mobile Payments
Business Insider reports that according to Bernstein research report, Apple’s fifth generation iPhone won’t include NFC technology for mobile payments. NFC technology is quite popular in countries like Japan and South Korea for mobile payments but is yet to take off in the West.
We’ve heard several rumors and speculations that have claimed that iPhone 5 will include NFC technology, while there are some who claim that Apple will introduce it in iPhone 6 next year.

GOOD!!! I don't want that crap on there at all. If hackers can get the PS network, then why would we give them phones with credit cards too?

If apple add it to the iPhone then the NFC readers will pop up everywhere in no time

I'm in Dallas, and there are already a ton of readers everywhere. Most gas station pumps and many many fast food chains have them.

I don't like the idea of mobile payments !No bad idea to use a couple of more seconds to find ur credit card and use that instead...
