AT&T May Offer Faster 4G LTE Speeds Than Verizon
GigaOM’s Stacey Higginbotham got a chance to take a tour of AT&T’s Foundry space in Plano, Texas, which is also home to AT&T’s trial 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) network.
Though Apple is unlikely to launch 4G LTE iPhone before 2012, it was interesting to get an idea of what kind of download and upload speeds to expect.
Higginbotham reports about her experience:

that is reasonable to anounced on next year

It's not the download speed I'm looking forward to - more importantly the network may actually work reliably in major cities. My iPhone is basically unusable for data in New York.

In Dallas AT&T rocks, but I never try verizon I want to know who have the best service here :?
-
Another reason to wait for the iPhone 5 or 6, whatever they call it next year.
-
who cares if you have a 2GB limit...you'll be through with it in under 30 minutes at that speed LOL!

Whats the point of having a 205 miles fast Aston Martin DBS with full gastank if all roads you are suppose to drive on are filled with large and deep holes? My pigeons are more reliable and faster to deliver my handwritten messages to my people than all current fastest mobile infrastructures on this small blue planet
-
Will that mean you drain faster..
-
You should send your phone in to apple to get repaired than because I live in NY and unless I'm below ground never have a problem.

What is the point if you can used I have unlimited data plan and they changed to 4 gb **** plan wow you pass that watching YouTube so why they have netflix and hulu apps if you put a limit wortless Att shame I'm changin to another company verizon or t mobile!!!!

y did ur plan get changed to 4GB, I still have my grandfathered unlimited data plan in effect

some idiots... er people jumped on the iPhone band wagon too late. I plan on switching to sprint be cause of tethering issues with at&t. I'm an unlimited data plan holder and was sent a text for my illegal tethering via MyWi so i plan on moving to sprint where their not show stingy with their bandwidth.
