iOS 5 Concept: Dynamic Icons
Jan-Michael Cart - a junior majoring in Mass Media Arts at the University of Georgia who had published concept videos of features such as speech recognition, widgets, faster app switching and Push notification system is on a roll.
With less than 2 days to go for Apple's WWDC 2011 keynote, when we are going to get a sneak peak of iOS 5, Cart has published another concept video for a feature he calls “Dynamic Icons”.

It is implemented already from IOS 1.0 such as Calendar ICON. Just, it is not opened to the developer.

Apple wouldnt like it changing that fast because it uses battery but they maybe ok with it changing once

That would be a really cool feature! Since Apple loves the boring rows of icons, why not make it a little more fun?
