Apple Releases iTunes 10.3.1, Probably To Fix Syncing Issue

Apple has quietly released iTunes 10.3.1 earlier today, less than a day after it released iTunes 10.3, which brought features such as Automatic Downloads and Purchase history to PC and Mac, which are part of the iCloud's iTunes in the Cloud feature. It also added Books to iTunes Store.

iTunes 10.3.1 is 75.8 MB in size for Mac OS X and 77 MB for Windows.

I had no issues syncing my iPhone 4 using 10.3 last night. Also, your first paragraph should read "after it released iTunes 3.1", not 3.1.1.

I am not a Dev but I have had no problems syncing with 10.3.1 with my jailbroken iphone 4 running 4.3.3 with redsnow jailbreak.

I've jailbroken my iphone 4 using redsnow and itunes 10.3.1 and it worked perfectly. I guess It's safe for jailbreakers.

I didn't update my iTunes yet. But when I bought a song using my account, I was confronted with a new license agreement from iTunes. When I clicked "Agree" I suddenly got a message on my iPhone in the form of a notification that read: "Turn on wireless sync to automatically sync iPhone with iTunes." I didn't think to screen capture so I just tried to figure out which settings to go to. Anybody else get this message?

After it apparently finished syncing I received an error message, " unable to sync". .

Nope, I still get the syncing issue 'Itunes stopped working' when ever I try to Sync my Ipod Touch 32 GB 4G.. this happens right after it says Step 1 Backing up.

Chris did you use the new redsnow with the .16 extension? I have Itunes 10.3.1 and was unsure if I could use redsnow to jailbreak since the site says itunes 10.2.1... Everything syncs?

Impossible to sync my iPhone4 with iTunes 10.3.1.Sometimes it stops at step 1, sometimes later with the message "the device is not connected"

My IPOD Touch can no longer sync music from itunes after itunes 10.3.1 installed this morning.

My bad. My IPOD Touch can sync music with itunes 10.3.1. Somehow all my music in itunes had been unchecked. I had to go back and check the ones in my playlist to get it to sync. whew.
