iOS 5 Feature: Ability To Send Artist, Album And Track Name To Bluetooth Audio Devices
When Apple unveiled iOS 5 at the WWDC 2011 Keynote event earlier this week, it showcased only 10 major features such as revamped notification system, iMessage, PC Free etc. out of more than 200 features.
The fun part is to discover features that Apple didn’t mention. It looks like 9 to 5 Mac has discovered one of those new features.

Another unsung feature that I haven't seen others mention is that within the camera app, if you swipe to the left, it takes you to your album. Kind of cool.

Yeah, I figured that one out too, use it all the time, same with the launching the camera app from the lock screen. It seems to run faster that way too.

Fantastic feature, now Android will have real competition.

Does it mean that it would also transfer my iphone contacts to my car handsfree Bluetooth? I know my car has internal contact list currently it doesnt get updated when i connect my iphone. it would be interesting to see if contacts are also considered as metadata!

AVRCP has nothing to do with contact information.PBAP or Phonebook Access Profile is what iOS uses to transer contacts to a car kit. Question is whether the car kit supports or works with iOS.
