Since it is a tethered jailbreak, everytime you reboot your iPad, you need to connect your iPad to the computer and rerun Redsn0w again and this time select just boot tethered right now from the list of options instead of installing Cydia.It is possible that the app you are trying to install is not compatible with iOS 4.3.5.
