Doesn't seem to make a difference with 1.1.2

Since the Installer says 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 are required, what's the point? Obviously those of us with 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 need it most!

Cool hack but I'm still on 1.0.2, so it's not as cool as I thought it would be.

The so called fix actually doesn't work at all, not only there is no louder voice but sometimes when receiving a call the phone only beeps once and thats all ...

Did not work on FW 1.1.1 for me. In fact after I installed I could not change my volume at all, had problems playing back visual voice mails and receiving calls.

Another way which worked absolutely is to import your ringtone to an app like Wavepad, use the "increase volume" option (I go the full 300 %)and export it as a m4a. Make a copy and convert it to m4r. You may have to use itunes to help convert it to an AAC file before changing it to m4r.
I now have about 15 songs and sounds that play very loud as ringtones. And a big thanks to all the brilliant minds who opened the iphone up for us more dense people. -
Hi all!
I have no access to Wi-Fi internet so I put the app to the path and restarted my phone and after that my iPhone has no sound except iPod music! I'm going to restore it but I hope it works! Does anyone know the reason or the way to fix it? -
No difference at all
