More Evidence of 4G LTE iPhone
According to couple of reports last week, Apple is testing 4G LTE iPhones, which has led to some speculations that Apple may surprise us by launching their highly anticipated fifth generation iPhone that supports 4G LTE networks.
The first report was from BGR who had discovered references of LTE in iOS 5 beta and the second one was from Engadget who published a photo of AT&T installing LTE equipment in Apple Retail stores.

We all should know by know that apple never upgrades an iPhone TOO much in a single release. If they made the iPhone 5 too amazing, then iPhone 6 would not be such a big upgrade, then not as many would be willing to upgrade from iPhone 5 to iPhone 6, and apple won't make as much money. When they hold out on certain upgrades, they have us in their palms.

Like I've said B4. This is nothing More than the iPhone4(S). Why build the Phone when there's no Support for the LTE Roll-out. Not to Mention that only a FEW SELECT cities even Have 4G & it's Highly unlikely that niter At&t OR Verizon will have a COMPLETE upgrade by the end of 2012 & even MORE unlikely to have a Sprint Version rather then a Verizon or At&t unit @ the same time. So Just wait until fall 2013 of the REAL iphone5, why give your life away for another 2yrs when u can wait those 2yrs & get the real deal.

with apples 90+ billions and these 4g chipsets coming out at the end of the year.. how hard would it be for apple to request and pay for a customized modification? Nikon does this when requesting sony CMOS chips.. why not apple? doesn't seem impossible.

Chris.... MAYBE it is NOT only the US that the iPhone is getting build for, did that ever occour to you??! Think before you write such bull.. As Carberam says, it might not be availible in iPhone 5, maybe not until the iPhone 6, but the reason why it is installed in the Apple Stores, could be because of the next iPad's, maybe they are getting 4G network when the next ones are released..

Too bad for BGR & Engadget... The rebels have just forced the owner of the Death Star point the weapon at your plaints and make you watch in 4G LTE from your new Iphone!

I don't know... I'm starting to think Apple is like a new age Robin Hood! Sell the good stuff to the rich until they don't want it... after that sell it to the pore then its no longer supported! 1st AT&T gets Iphone only...Next Verizon gets Iphone...Next Verizon gets 4G LTE...Next At&T .. on and on and on.. kinda like a forever bidding war! The power of America!
