iPhone Dev Team has released Redsn0w 0.9.8b6 for iOS 5 beta 6 to jailbreak iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
Apple seeded iOS 5 beta 6 to developers of iOS Dev program late last week.
Dev team has provided the following information on their blog:
We’ve released redsn0w 0.9.8b6 to jailbreak iOS5 beta6 (point it directly at the beta6 IPSW).

Great work Dev Team, but I don't think I'll use a tethered jb....

I have used this jailbreak in previous betas of iOS 5, and believe them when they say they're only for developers. Absolutely nothing works. Don't use it unless you're trying to fix a jailbreak application.

redsnow is about as useful as a choc fire placei know even if a new untethered exploit is found it wont be released untill ios5 is releasedbut that doesnt stop groups from posting proof redsnow has always been about using known exploits and it seems this is all we have to look fwd to now :-(
