SnoozeOrStop: Jailbreak Tweak Adds Button To Stop iPhone Alarm From Lock Screen
If you're like us who uses the iPhone also as your alarm clock, but hate the slide to stop alarm option to stop the alarm instead of just having a button, then you will like this jailbreak app.
SnoozeOrStop is a new jailbreak tweak that magically adds the much needed button, that allows you to stop the alarm from the lock screen.
Sn00zeOrStop is developed by Marco Sero. Here's a quick description of the jailbreak tweak from Cydia:

For an iPhone site, why is your site so iPhone unfriendly. It's not a mobile site and the ads are difficult to click from an iPhone. Why have a site just about iPhones when you cannot even accommodate them?

Thanks Joe for your feedback. A mobile site is on our todo list. Hopefully we'll launch one soon.

I really don't see the point on this , in iOS 5 you have a snooze button or you can slide to unlock the phone to cancel the alarm.
-
An excellent tweak, even Apple should offer this. Maybe iOS 6, who knows.

I already have this functionality for all notifications/alerts with lockinfo. I press the home button to dismiss the alarm.
-
Ios 4.3 does this already... Snooze button, or swipe to unlock, which turns off the alarm...

"but hate the slide to stop alarm option to stop the alarm instead of just having a button,"Can you people above even read?

Wonder how many people will be late when they hit stop instead of snooze in their semi-conscious state.Need to put some space between the buttons.

Yeah, not for me. Those buttons close together is disaster waiting to happen.

EXACTLY what Facwaggin and Brouski said...Buttons are TOO close and will get accidently confused.
-
Your mum doesn't have enough space between her buttons

I love useful jailbreaks. That unlock feature should have been there from the start. Even a locksmith in Wichita could tell you that.
