iPad 3 To Feature Thinner And Lighter Battery?
Taiwanese Economic News reports that Apple has placed an order with Simplo Technology Co. and Dynapack International Technology Corp. for a thinner and lighter battery for the iPad 3.
If this is indeed true then it would mean than iPad 3 could be thinner and lighter than iPad 2 or as MacRumors points out could be making space for a thicker high-resolution retina display.
