Apple's carrier partners all over the world have apparently been seeded a near final version of iOS 5 for testing purposes reports 9 to 5 Mac. The build is newer than the latest iOS 5 beta available to registered developers released just over a week ago.

This was all planned all along, AT&T afraid of their service getting hammered made apple do only wifi FaceTime, now that they have their plans adjusted to rape customers with all these new cloud feature, they're all for it.AT&T is fucking rip off, I pay $120 a month for 900 minutes, unlimited data, and unlimited text. I also tether with mywi, if they plan to raise my rates even more after the tmobile acquisition, I'll have to get a new job just to pay my godamn cell bill. It's insane. AT&T, take the huge profits from just your texting charges alone and upgrade your damn **** instead of adjusting plans to avoid network interruptions.
