HTC Sues Apple With Patents It Bought From Google Last Week
The Intellectual Property battle amongst smartphone giants just got even more complex, with HTC suing Apple claiming infringement of four of its nine patents, which it bought from Google just last week. The suit was filed in Delaware, where the Taiwanese company had already sued Apple in an entirely different filing last month.

htc over priced junk, owned a diamond failed on me within a week than had a htc hero the usb charge port burned out got it replaced same thing happend, usb cable are soo naff break easily, I kno a few folk who owned htc products and there full of problems...htx tablet another over priced junk..a review was done were the out dated samsung 7 tab left it standing

In my honest opinion, Apple remains the best of all smartphones on the market today. I had an HTC a few years back. I was not thrilled by the way it handled things and the OS used was very unstable. Now the cat and mouse wars have begun on patent infringment, to me this is all free publicity. And if I where in there shoes, I'd do the same thing. Who on this earth doesmn't appreciate free publicity?
