Chronic Dev Team Actively Working On Untethered Jailbreak For iOS 5
As you may know, while jailbreak tools like Redsn0w released by the iPhone Dev team and Sn0wbreeze by iH8sn0w can jailbreak the beta versions of iOS 5, they only support a tethered jailbreak. This means means that you need to connect your iOS device to the computer on every reboot, which is not very convenient.
The good news is that Chronic Dev team are actively working to on an untethered jailbreak for iOS 5. Chronic Dev team had released greenpois0n to jailbreak iOS 4.2.1.

I cant wait to get ios 5 on my touch most of the features Ill actually use...Glad you guys are working on a untertherd version I hated having to hook up my touch to the pc becuase i turned it off

The current jailbreak is a hardware based jailbreak, Apple can't fix it. (on A4)

i dont get extensions tab in my ipad in settings.it is running ios 5 n is jailbreaked
