MyGreatFest: Saurik - Founder Of Cydia Talks About Jailbreaking, Cydia & More

Jay Freeman a.k.a saurik who is the founder of Cydia - the installer app for jailbreak apps and tweaks was the keynote speaker at MyGreatFest - the world's first convention for the jailbreak community that took place yesterday.

Freeman provides some interesting details about Cydia during his keynote speech and also revealed that though he hasn't been approached by Apple, he did get a job offer from an Apple employee.

Interesting.... It appears apple needs the best of the jailbreak community to stay afloat in software UI ideas since Android is getting to be more well known for it's unique customization....or this is Apples way to stop the jailbreak community altogether. Where one dev falls...another one will take it's place though! I hope one will join Apple and backstab them. Like finding out the true iphone source code so even better apps can be made like "true overclocking" etc.
