Apple To Unveil iPhone 5 At Media Event On October 4th? [Updated]
It is widely speculated that Apple's iPhone 5, which is already seeing unprecedented demand will be available in the first half of October. In fact, we've have heard October 7thand October 15th as the possible release dates, which means that Apple needs to have the special media event to launch their new iPhone either at the end of September or the first week of October.

If this is indeed, true I hope they make pre-orders available shortly after. My 3G iphone is on it's last leg and could certainly use an upgrade.
