Apple Denied Trademark For 'Multi-Touch' By USPTO
Apple's application to trademark the term "Multi-Touch" has been rejected by the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The application was filed four years back on January 9th, 2007, the day Steve Jobs introduced the iPhone at MacWorld.
Apple's request had been initially turned down by a USPTO lawyer, so Apple had appealed to the Appeal Board.

I think it is justified. I love Apple and all of their products and all, but geez louise enough with the patents. They would patent a turd if they'd let em.

Hahaha so true! Enough with the lawsuits and focus on the deployment of products and research of new technologies.

These legal patent cases are quite irritating now!

This is the stuff I was talking about it. Oh, it seems to have been true. and OH, the people who were talking otherwise seems to be on my side now. OH, what a coincidence that once I am proven right people change their POV to my POV. Apple is on a patent overload. Why? To stop competition. What do they gain from patents? More profit, less competition; if other companies cannot use what the patent restricts, Apple gains the upperhand because of their greater options. Apple is trying to patent what's not theirs again. Like square icons and rectangular form factors. OH, sound familiar? Yeah, I told you guys this before. When? Check back on iphonehacks.com You'll find a couple of my posts on multiple past reports.

UR dumb. Even a gerbil can be right 50% of the time with a YES/NO option, doesn't mean anyone agrees it knows what it is doing.

You should read my previous posts. All my predictions were true. What I said was reflected on reports. I don't talk like this all the time, I just tried grabbing people's attention. If you had read my previous post that follow up to this one, you would say otherwise. Can we rock?
