Physical Mockup Of iPhone 5 With Teardrop Design
German site giga.de has created a physical mockup of the iPhone 5 based on the leaked case designs, hardware components and case leaks that surfaced on the web over the past few months. Though the chances of a completely new iPhone design are slim due to lack of any evidence, the prototype created by them incorporates the teardrop design, an oval home button and a larger 4-inch screen.

Physical mock-up? I don't think so, to me this still looks like a very well (but noticeable) rendered 3D model. How can you tell?-Notice in all of the pictures the amount of blur to distract your eye-Image #1 look at the sheen on the screen and the roughness of the edges and the sharpness of the edge line-photo #3&5 notice the lack of shadow from the "lighting" in areas like the headphone jack, charger plug, and speakers, they appear as flat shapes with no depth-last image: look at the home button and how entirely fake and pixelated it appears. looks like a bad photoshop job to me. Also notice the amount of reflective light on the edges of the phone compared to the other phones that are lit the same way, there is no depth of shadow on this phone.point is: everything about this feels faked. Sorry to burst your bubble guys.

So, I saw the video on "giga.de" , guess there "was" ..."is" a physical mock. These photos are severely photoshopped. Know who still doesn't believe it --->this guy! Speculation is dumb, you will see the new phone when apple wants to show it to you, until then...I will gladly pick apart poorly photoshopped images. :) I want iphone 5...but kindda hope apple goes.. "iphone 5, what are you people joking, no one here mentioned a 5th phone this soon, suckers."

There are plenty of phones out there that look different to a '4' - get a Nokia 6630! :-POn the other hand, is it really pointful to present a mere mockup when we're only 3 days away from an announcement?! Talk about desperation for shallow credibility!
