Samsung Seeks To Ban iPhone 4S In France And Italy
As anonymous Samsung officials had suggested, Samsung has announced on its website that plans to get the iPhone 4S banned in France and Italy, for which it would file motions in courts of both countries. The motions filed are based on alleged infringement of two of Samsung's patents related to Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) standards for 3G mobile handsets.

Samsung is a shitty company with a couple of good household appliances. Their consumer electronics division sucks. This is validated by their need for an attempt to slow down competitior sales. Well. What makes them think that consumers wouldn't wait or go to Germany to buy the 4S rather then settle for the inferior Samsung lineup?

Apple got The Galaxy banned in Europe, so Samsung is only planning revenge. Yes Samsung copies Apple, But Apple also copies a lot from Samsung. Samsung is, like stated by "Fas", playing the revenge game. Apple started the war, now Samsung is trying to get them back. They are not a sh*t company, they are not haters, you are just Apple fanboys that are narrow-minded. The chips in your iPhones even have Samsung technology in them. Most of you fanboys probably didn't even know that. Yes, Steve Jobs has passed away, rest in peace, however, there is no sympathy, neither compassion or empathy in the business world. Apple wouldn't do crap if a vital Samsung inventor passed away. They would actually rejoice because the competition standards would be lowered. Yes it is a sad fact, but it can't be stopped or won't for at least eternity. It's the cruel world of business, that people voluntarily go into, for money.
