Just tried the two finger typing thing! Very nice! And as for bigger sms storage, definately well needed, i hate talking on the phone and text a stupid amount! Any other little tricks that people have noticed? Also, on one of the apple forums, someone had trouble installing 1.1.3, went through a bit of a balls up process, somehow rolled back to 1.1.2 and ended up with a network unlocked phone with alsorts of cool features! He doesn't know how, as it was pure accident!

I dont get the finger thing? I mean I always use my 2 thumbs and it works just fine. And tapping shift before typing a letter isnt a big deal lol.

from 1000 to 75000! one sec one of 75000 friends just sent me an SMS...only 74999 SMS left out of the 200 as per my plan... darn! may need to upgrade with at&t to 75000 SMS

Wow! That is awesome!!! It doesn't seem too difficult... I just have NO CLUE what to do in step 3 or 4. And his/her instructions aren't very clear either. STEP BY STEP is what I need. Anyway... I'll wait and see what happens. Perhaps they will come up with a one-click method. =) Way to go hackers!!!

yea its pretty crazy, i found that early this am and was wondering why it wasnt on the news here. this is actually the first place where i learned to jailbreak my phone.
definitely waiting on a software based method before i start telling my less technically involved friends.

The iPhone dev team has achieved 1.1.3 jailbreak on both the iPhone AND the iPod Touch. The jailbreak solution has NOT been released to the public, and according to them will not be until February when the SDK releases.
That way Apple doesn't get to see the jailbreak method, and break it before the SDK releases.
Jailbreak + SDK = awesome app functionality!!!
