Apple Planning To Release AirPort Utility For iPhone And iPad?
A popup in iOS 5 Golden Master that was seeded to developers earlier in the week suggests that Apple may soon release an AirPort Utility app in the App Store for iOS devices. AirPort Utility presently is available as an app on Mac and Windows that allow users to configure their AirPort Base Station or Time Capsules from their computers.

4 inch screen would make it more pc free, and ipad free for that matter, in terms of switching to another device to complete a certain task

I am pretty sure Steve Jobs mentioned airport capability when he was discussing PC -free at the ios5 announcement.
