First iPhone 4S Unboxing Photos
It looks like some lucky people have already started receiving their shiny new iPhone 4S.
German site - Macerkopf.de reports that several German customers have received their pre-ordered iPhone 4S, a lot earlier than the October 14th launch date.

Anyone notice that there is a separate videos app? I don't remember hearing about this through out the iOS 5 discriptions announcements. Or did I miss that fact? (that it will be a separate app not)

Yep, they split the video into a different app. It's been like that on ipod touches.

Isn't that about a b**** lol. I really cannot wait to get my iPhone 4S! Wish mine would get here early. Mine has yet to ship yet either. I bought mine about an hour after preorders went live, from AT&T. No tracking number yet.

Ordered mine about 8am EST from apple store app (ATT) and my tracking number shows it shipped from china through Alaska and received in Kentucky

I also ordered my 4S right after the pre-order site went live. My tracking also shows that it has shipped from China to Hong Kong to Alaska to Kentucky where it is sitting right now on it's way to Boise, Idaho!!!

That's odd. did anyone else notice that the there seems to be a message app, phone app and then some sort of message/phone app on the home screen? It's the 3 icon from the left on the dock. It looks like a message box with a phone in it. Is it a separate box for imessage?

It's the Whatsapp app.

Just my 2 cents.. This is not where videos that you shoot with the camera are stored. Those still go in the "Pictures" app. The Videos app is for downloaded movies from iTunes.

Mine arrived today in the uk. Very happy chap! The video app is separate like on the iPads. And downloaded/rented movies go there. Videos shot with the camera go to photos app.

Only works with iPhone and android, but of the people you text has iPhone, they can use iMessage to text for free anyway, same as whatsapp. As Lin as they're on iOS 5 that is.

Also has been on ipad for awhile too. There was this one time I was wanting to show a video on an ipad and was looking for it in the wrong place since I mainly use an iphone.

Got my tracking number, but it still says label being created, so i called UPS to track it and they told me it will be here tomorrow 10/12/11. i orderd my phone friday around 7:00 pm est, and UPS still did not up date...im happy now!!!!!!
