MacRumors reports that Apple has started rolling out iTunes in the Cloud features to international users, ahead of today's iCloud launch.
Apple had released the Automatic Downloads and Purchase history - two features of iTunes in the Cloud (iCloud) immediately after the WWDC 2011 Keynote address to users in the US.

It's definitely available in Australia!! This was one of the key features I've been waiting for as part of iCloud
