The Complete iCloud Guide
iCloud one of the biggest feature of iOS 5 is Apple's attempt to finally get its internet strategy right. Previous attempts like "dot Mac", iWork.com, MobileMe didn't go on to become huge hits. Now with its huge cash stash and the North Carolina data center, Apple plans to offer all iOS 5 users a number of cloud based services for free.

I had a little trouble with i cloud at first i thought it may of been that the servers were just too busy but i had to get to grips to what it really was not fully understanding, one thing i missundestood was that the backup/sync is still teathered, i did sync my pictures to my Dropbox folder on my pc and it seems to work well

So I download the iCloud control panel and configured the upload and download folders. I seem to be recieving pictures fine from the iPhone, but nothing is coming from the computer, the upload folder, to the iPhone. And yea I am running windows 7.

How will Microsoft Exchange mail-accounts be sync'ed to iCloud? Will they be sync'ed at all?I don't really want my exchange mail to be sync'ed anywhere else than to my exchange server, whilst I would be happy to sync my other mail accounts. Anyone who can help?

You have to set-up iCloud from within iTunes. I updated iTunes to 5, then did the iPhone iOS5 update, then updated OSX Lion. On reboot and relaunch of iTunes it prompted me to set-up iCloud. After set-up , re-sync your device and iCloud will work just fine.

Running windows 7, have installed iCloud Control Panel but cannot sign in - keep getting the message: "You can't sign in because of a server error". I have tried turning off the firewall, but no change. What am I missing? No problem logging in to iCloud over the web. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated - it's been 5 days of trying.

Be sure you've signed on for iCloud services first from a Lion/iOS 5 device

When I open my ipad. It does not show all of the music on my iMac . It show some of it, but not all of it. What am I not doing?
-
I had my ipad stolen recently and thought that I was saved as it was in my icloud account, whilst waiting for the thief to switch it on so that i could locate it it either disappeared from the device list itself or i acciodently clicked on the cross. Either way it has disappeared and unless someone knows of a way to recover then it looks like my beloved Ipad is lost forever

What if my iphone is jailbroken, how do I get iCloud on my phone so that I don't have to update and screw up my jailbreak?
-
I downloaded iCloud, synced my phone, and now I do not have my photos or my music/videos available. They appear as light gray type and I cannot access them in the phone. Any ideas?
