Apple Working With Major Movie Studios To Allow Users To Stream Movies From iCloud
Apple finally launched iCloud yesterday, which stores your photos, apps, contacts, calendars, and more, and wirelessly pushes it to your iOS devices and computers, automatically keeping everything up to date.
With the launch of iCloud, Apple also allows users to redownload music and TV shows to any iOS device just like Apps. However, it is still not possible to redownload movies.

A full hd probably more than 5gb, kind of hard to store a lot of movies even with 50gb.

If you think about iTunes, the movies would not actually have to be uploaded to the cloud, it would instantly be there, since it's hosted by iTunes. All you would do is stream it from there. Of course if you have your own rips etc, that would be inconvenient no matter what, just because it would take forever to upload all that content. But I think Apple is more concerned about being able to offer instant streaming of content purchased on iTunes.

Movies streaming from iCloud will require very fast internet.
