Samsung Now Seeking To Get iPhone 4S Banned In Australia And Japan
After announcing plans to ban Apple's new iPhone 4S in Italy and Germany last week, Samsung is now seeking to get a preliminary injunction in both the Tokyo District Court and in the New South Wales Registry, Australia to ban the sales of iPhone 4S in those countries.
Wall Street Journal reports:
"We are now counter-attacking Apple again," said James Chung, a spokesman at Samsung Electronics."

How people fight for money, I thing those companies can sleep well at nite! Thinking what else to do to stop apple and Apple to stop samsung, always crying for patents, why we never see this fight with auto, cars, companies ? Fighting for air bags or abs, or cruse control ??

Why? Do you also hope Apple fails miserably and that people stop purchasing Apple products? Since they're trying to get Samsung products banned in Europe and elsewhere.
