Who do I talk too to build my own smart Phone!

You obviously don't have the brains.
-
Apple can get these prices because they buy millions of them. If you wanted a couple Retina Displays, expect to pay easily 10x the cost.

unless your intent in bringing investors along to back your product. And to "Nice" send me a prototype or a mockup and i'll see what i cant do.

Dumb ****, you can't read?

What about R&D costs for software development?
-
if you think their R&D and software deserve the rest of $500, how much you should pay for jailbreak developers.

look lets face it, it costs what it costs you want it you buy it if not you don't ... R&D etc etc cost a lot yeah, but face facts the other manufacturers still can't sell a competitive IPAD option for less.... so some products you sell at a premium and others make less thats called business as usual...
