You need to set up a VNC server on your computer. TightVNC is an excellent. Install set up sharing of your screen.

You don't need to install any VNC Server. Just enable VNC under the Settings button of Screen Sharing / Remote Desktop in your System Preferences -> Sharing.

I tried the Community Services Jailbreak download to extend battery life. It did not place an icon on my iphone as stated in your web article. Any reasons why?
