The iPhone 4S goes on sale in 22 new countries starting today.
iPhone 4S comes with a number of new features and improvements, which includes Apple's faster dual-core A5 processor, improvement 8-megapixel camera, Siri - Apple's revolutionary intelligent personal assistant, slightly improved battery life, world phone, faster network speeds and lots more.

Here in Belgium, the first 20 customers in line in some stores, when you are fully dressed in Yellow you get the iPhone 4S for free., Other stores have other actions, like 100 euro discount for the first 30 buyers, etc...

Yes, the Iphone 4s went on sale today here i Norway, But with apples "hard to get " strategy it was only 20 phones in the capital area, only 5- 6 in each store. That sucks. pre ordered mine a week ago. coming in 2 weeks!Waiting for something good.

Living in Spain now originally the UK, I have a 3 year old iphone 3g jailbroken, unlocked and partially functional with an Orange PAYG chip inside. Launch day I was eager to get my 4s from Orange. Went to local Orange shop, no 4s until mid November :-( Drove to nearest shopping centre and yet another Orange shop, phone in stock - 485 Euros on a 24 month contract! :-( Walked across mall to Movistar shop and purchased 4s for 149 Euros on 18 months contract. Transferring my number over so I will have phone next Friday:-))). Not one Queue. Got a call from Orange while still in Movistar shop asking why am I leaving them!
