Apple To Wipe iCloud Libraries Today To Prepare For iTunes Match Launch
Apple has again sent an email to developers of iOS and Mac Developer program informing them that their iTunes Match libraries will be deleted today, November 12th.
Apple has stated that it is deleting iCloud libraries to prepare for the launch of the iTunes match service.
Apple has sent the following email to developers:
As we prepare for the launch of iTunes Match, we will be deleting all current iCloud libraries on Saturday, November 12th at 10 AM PST.

This can b a potential nightmare, i hope apple has ALL bugs worked out. IE same name artists same song name but totally different songs. This ish better work like its supposed to.

Free* for a limited time... in other words they will be charging you when its out of beta.Also, you have to upload ALL your music. They are merely a storage portal that streams the music back to you. iTunes match will only require you to upload songs they do not have already in iTunes. Songs they have in iTunes will be added to your library automatically and provided at a high bitrate regardless of the original file you have.So while not quite comparing apple to oranges, it is like comparing oranges to tangerines. One service is definitely has more to offer and a lot juicier.

IS EVERYONE DAFFY????? "...developers of iOS and Mac Developer program (yet once again) iTunes Match libraries will be deleted." Big whoop we say until, it is OUR data that is being deleted from the cloud! Or worse... off line. No iclouds when there is iSun folks.
