How To Create Custom Home Screen Shortcuts For Settings Toggles Without Jailbreaking
SBSettings is one of our favorite jailbreak apps. It offers a faster way to access iPhone Settings from any app without going through the hassle of exiting the app and launching the Settings app. It is probably one of the top reasons why users jailbreak their iOS Device.

Give the app "QuickButton" a try! It does not need an internet connection and does the same.

@ Geoff: I just bought it and there is a button to add your own picture. What I did was do a Google search for "Wifi icon", or whatever icon you're looking for, and save it to your phone. Then while making the shortcut add the pic you just downloaded. I really like this app. SBSettings was the one thing I missed the most about not being jailbroken anymore and now I don't need that.

Is it possible to make a toggle for 3G mode? I live in a valley where there is a close by non-3G tower and a distant 3G enabled tower and if 3G is left on when I am at home, the phone cycles between "Searching ...", 3G (but not really connected) and Edge. As such, I end up leaving 3G turned off all the time to avoid having the phone off line. (BTW, it is a flaw in the Qualcomm chipset logic and effects more than just iPhones)

It is a cool thing, but if someone has a lots of apps, or folders on springboard it will take some time to find this folder.The good thing of SBSettings was how quick you could do this steps. But still nice to see this.

You could do the same thing by editing the property list file of any safarI shortcut. Ive had one for months now for a contact shortcut URL=tel:phone number

Nice app but why not add the shortcut URLs in the app itself in a spinwheele (dropdown) instead of forcing us to look them up and manually type them?

Had to restore $ lost my jailbreak. Setting general Bluetooth was driving me crazy. This will work untill they release an untethered. Sucks that you can't add a shirt cut to notifications. That would make it a good patch

@Karl What is the best icon size to use, you seem to have got the perfect size icons, the ones I found are too big etc and you can't scale them down, only move themCheers

Nice app but I'd be interested to see if a 3G on/off shortcut would work on a 4S seeing how Apple removed the 3G toggle for this device. Jailbreak features without the Jailbreak? Still dreaming.

Anyone already got the link to Fetch New Data? Must be something like prefs:root=ACCOUNT_SETTINGS&path=.........ACCOUNT_SETTINGS only brings me to the Mail, now I want to go to Fetch to turn on/off push mail.
