I've been really digging the flytunes app on my ipod touch. I can listen during my kids' sports practices .. seriously passes the time. And it doesn't hurt that it's free (unlike sirius).

I just started using flytunes & I think it's great. They've got tons of channels, plus I can hop over to accuradio & use the same account to log into their 300+ channels.
