iOS 5.0.2 May Be Delayed Due To Memory Leak Issues
If you're eagerly waiting for Apple to release iOS 5.0.2 to fix the remaining bugs affecting battery life then you may have to wait.
The news comes from German site Macerkopf that had claimed last week that Apple will release iOS 5.0.2 no later than this week.
According to the German site, iOS 5.0.2 has been delayed due to memory leak issues, which will need further tested testing.

I am still on iOS 5, not update to 5.0.1. Some carriers dont work on it in India.

Using ios 5.0.1 will actually improved the battery performance slightly at a very minimal. If you are using ios5 try to upgrade to ios 5.0.1 it will help you a bit.

We are just due for a new battery type the lithium ion what evers been around already for a minute. Sure they kicked ass for the O.G razor and cells like that, but newer devices are just to much power drain. The next advancement of batterys needs to hurry up. IMO of course. =]

So the SAME German site that said it was going to be released this week is now saying that since it wasn't [insert excuse here] and people are believing them!!... Hey guys, I just "heard a rumor from a very reliable source that works at Apple" that the iPhone 5 is going to be released next week. Please spread this rumor and my excuse why it didn't happen rumor a week from now and make me famous? Thanks.
