PhyScroll is a new jailbreak tweak that allows jailbroken iOS device users to use the volume button or the accelerometer to scroll.
The jailbreak tweak is developed by Pedro Franceschi.
Here's a quick description of the tweak in Cydia:
PhyScroll allows you to use your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad's accelerometer or volume buttons to scroll in iOS!

All of these new amazing jailbreak tweaks I am unable to enjoy because there is no jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 on iOS 5.x :(

LOL, I agree...this is a pretty useless tweak. It's great to see what capabilities the phone has but you've gotta be real lazy to need this.
