Hitachi and Sony are rumored to have begun shipments of 4-inch displays for an unspecified iOS device.
In addition, there's also some news about the fourth generation iPad display.

Uggg.... I dont want to carry around a huge 4" screen. The iphone screen is the perfect size.... and I am sick of people still talking about the iPhone 5. The next gen iPhone is going to be an iPhone 6 or 4G or something like that. Calling it a 5 makes no sense.
