Apple: We Stopped Supporting CarrierIQ With iOS 5; Will Remove It Completely In a Future Update

Now let's here from the apple fanboys who are going to believe Apple never had Carrier IQ never logged personal info like android and others have it now. Jailbreak and custom roms rulz. I love my iPhone 4sand mytouch4G.

Apple never had carrier IQ as have never logged personal information! Android sucks:)
-
So they stopped supporting it in iOS 5, how about iOS 4.x? :|
-
Comon isnt it obvious!?...... Droid, motorola, ect were key logging thier devices to ensure that the user was not looking up info on and about the mighty iphone! And when this happens Bells, whistles & flags would go off at IQ headquarters........ Hateing bastards!
-
Well now at least they have some good **** site links logged in their records.
-
If you read the article, you would know that Apple used Carrier ID to log performance data in previous versions of IOS, but they never allowed it to log personal info.

**Cough**Bullsh*t**Cough**
-
Now that is a nice move, but why did they have it in the first place?
-
***Cough***You know this how?***Cough***Oh, you don't. That's what I thought.

If, this code is no longer used in the 3G & 4S then it is not needed for iPhone4. But, as we are told it is still running on iPhone4. For what , it's health? Bull ****

Now, how do we know that the iphone’s don’t-send-button actually does what it says? At least – how do we know if a complete record isn’t sent should you accidentally open up for a second or two? I notice that some people are overly naive when referring to "because they say so".

Or What did they replace it with? Probally something worst.
