Control Traxxas XO-1 - World's Fastest 100+ mph R/C Car Using An iPhone App
Traxxas has recently announced that their electric remote control super car XO-1 can go 0-60 mph in 2.3 seconds, and from zero to 100 in just 4.92 seconds using an iPhone app, making it the fastest radio controlled super car.
According to Traxxas' website, you can unlock the 100+ mph capability using the capability Traxxas Link application that will be available in the App Store.

I have two nitro Traxxas trucks. Love them. One goes 65 mph and is a blast to drive I couldn't imagine going 100 because the car is so fast and far away in so little time that you have to slow and turn back before you can't see it well enough to drive. The quality of Traxxas is remarkable. Replacement parts are relatively inexpensive and a mechanically inclined individual would have no problem. That being said 1100 is a lot of money. Probably worth it but I don't have that kind of money for a toy.

That's true, it would be cool if the R/C car sent a live feed from front-view camera to the iPhone.Btw, two nitro Traxxas trucks sounds like fun.
