Actually if you have watched the video they are just updating the firmware of an ALREADY JAILBROKEN AND ACTIVATED iphone. so this method can't be used for OTB iphones. But anyway they did a great job...

thats the point, they did a RESTORE that restored the jailbreak . Restore normally wipes all jaiibreaks, and you have to start over.
