Apple Hit With 4 New Patents By Samsung, But Backs Off iPhone 4S For Now
Apple has been hit with four new patents by Samsung in the Mannheim Regional Court, while it has decided to back off a complaint regarding baseband chips used in iPhone 4S for now.
The Apple-Samsung patent war continues. FOSSPatents reports:
With the help of two additional law firms, Samsung is now suing Apple over four more patents in Mannheim, in addition to three that were already asserted in April. Apple, for its part, is suing Samsung over six patents in Mannheim.

Apple is dead meat if the shareholders push hard enough and get the 82 Billion dollars of Profit that is being held inside the company due to Job's idiotic policies. They may yet get most of it as a dividend and then Apple loses a lot of it's mite.

I have used the Iphone 3, 4, and now the 4S. I have also used the Android. Luckily I was able to take my Iphone 4S back. There is nothing new to it that is worth anything. In my case I went with the new Android with Version 4, but even if it had version 3, it is still far superior to the IPhone.Apple needs to focus more on phone speed, more open standards, and bring out 4G speeds.For the record, I have no switched to the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tab as well. It too is superior over the Apple IPad2. Faster processor, lighter, better screen, and flash works too. I will admit that I the camera on the IPad2 was better though.
