    This is fantastic news. Now maybe the iPhone will be released to T-mobile. Wow, what a great early christmas gift. Now for the untethered jailbreak for iPad 2 :D

    For Mickey and Admiral they article states that AT&T will NOT buy T-Mobile USA after all. In fact they(AT&T) haves to pay $4 billions to break the deal. But hopefully Apple and T-Mobile comes to an agreement to start selling iPhones under T-mobile coverage. But while we wait for that I cant wait till the untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.0.1 comes out!

    Great news the Government stopped a company from growing? You commies are happy only because you benefit from this deal as I read in the comments. You don't even see what is really going on.     While I mostly agree with your comments, I have to say, govs job is to protect its people. In this case I think att's takeover would have a huge impact on the mobile industry as we know it. Prices would go through the roof and innovation would slow. Sounds like you are smart enough to know by now that it's the big companies that need a watchful eye. Cut taxes and let the little businesses grow. Truth is att just wanted to eliminate competition.
