iPad 3 Home Button Parts Surfaces in China
Purported images of the iPad 3's home button have surfaced on the internet, with 9 to 5 Mac getting hold of one such image. The button is largely the same as that on the current generation iPad, with minor structural changes.
If the image is indeed accurate, the existence of such a home button squashes all rumors of a larger, capacitive home button or a buttonless iPad 3.

I say FAKE. Is it me or do these buttons on the picture have a flat piece on one edge, my home button on my iPad 2 is completley round., no flat edges at all !!!!!!!!

I was going to get the Ipad 2 but after seeing this button. I am convinced this will be the greatest Ipad ever. I cant wait to press that button and tap that....

I'm guessing these buttons are from the same source that gave us the iPhone 5 cases. Thank god for that info.
