Rumor Claims Apple Will Return to Macworld And Unveil Two Versions of iPad 3
A new report from DigiTimes suggests that Apple will unveil two models of the next generation iPad at the Macworld|iWorld conference on the 26th of January. The iPad 2 would be pushed down the product line to become the entry-level model and compete with the Kindle Fire, while the two new models would focus on mid and high-range segments.
The report goes on to dismiss possibilities of a 7.85 inch iPad:

I tripple that bet. I say apple with some out with 6 different ipads. 3 Different Sizes: 32gb 64gb and 128gb. Each having Wifi with optional 4G LTE/3G HSPDA+ chips making it 6 models to choose from. There i said it.
