Does This Samsung Galaxy Tab Ad Feel Like an Apple iPad Ad?
There are a lot of examples where Samsung's devices bear a resemblance to Apple's iPhone and iPad.
You can now add television commercials to that list as MacRumors has discovered a new Korean TV commercial of Samsung Galaxy Tab that mimics Apple's iPad ads.
Despite all of the crazy litigation going on alongside Apple's claims that Samsung copied Apple's products, Samsung has put out a new TV commercial that seems to closely resemble Apple's style of ads.

Even I got gotta admit as an iOS guy, Everything Samsung has been making these recent two years or so, has been superior than Apple AND other brands. All you have to do is compare tech specs and will see the facts.

Not a surprise really, Samsung had been copying apples every move for the past few years, but with inferior software. Why not just copy their ads as well.

Don't you remember that Apple locked in suppliers and came out with the iPad prices so low that no one in the industry has been able to beat them? The only way was to cut size, quality and memory and use a free junky OS.

I doubt that you are an 'iOS guy' and think that you are likely just a new convert who used to be a long time Windows sufferer. Your focus on tech specs is typical of Windows sufferers who forget that it should be about the utility and ease of use that is important. Many people constantly tinker with their computers and phones just to try to get them to do something rather than just using them for what they really need them to do. Not very productive this tinkering is my friend.

An IPad that cost 499.00 ( IPad 2 16GB ) which still depends on a PC or MAC. That what you low price. An iPad is only for show.

Arguely about interface is not debatable because everyone has there own thing. But arguely about tech spec is not. You can't tell me that 512 memory ram which apple has on there iPad and iPhone is better than 1gb of memory ram which Samsung galaxy s2 has.

Crikey, get your facts straight before you post. iOS5 cuts the cord with iCloud sync and backup.And Robert is right, EVERYONE was expecting the first iPad to come out with a price around $800-$1,000. When they announced $500 to start, they blew everyone away and ran away with the market for the first year.So Samsung/Anymode's Smart Case was such a blatant ripoff of Apple's Smart Cover that they pulled it.And check out the Galaxy Tab USB & SD Connection Kit... Does it look familiar?

Hate to say it, but it's not what you got, but how you use it.You can be spec'd out the ying tang, but it don't mean shite.Any Linux fanboy or even OSX86 fanboys can attest to that.But a superior OS on the lesser hardware will kick ass.That is why the approach of writing an OS from scratch optimized for portable use as opposed to trying to "port" a power hungry OS won out.

You can't go around bashing a "closed" system when the gaming industry has been doing it for 20+ years and now makes more money/profit than Hollywood. Nintendo, PS & Xbox are all closed. Yes, they have been modded, but unofficially for the most part. You CANNOT buy a Nintendo, PS or Xbox-type console from anyone else...

Ok so in this analogy Apple is the Wii. It has some innovation behind it and was a first in some fields, but it's specs are crap, and it can't do half of cool things that the other consoles can do. who really plays their Wii anymore, when they have a PS3 sitting there? Only the people that haven't got a PS3 yet. (or XBOX)

Oh and I am a PS3 sheep. A superior system as far as hardware goes, because of blu-ray. Its all about what you can do with your stuff. What can your iphone do that an android can't, because the list in reverse is large?

If there's no iPad I believe there will be no galaxy tab, if there's no iPhone I'm pretty sure there's no galaxy s...it just as simple as that :)
