CloudOn App That Brings Microsoft Office Functionality to iPad For Free is Available in The App Store (Again)
CloudOn - Silicon Valley based startup that had briefly released a free app in the App Store that brought Microsoft Office functionality to the iPad, but had to voluntarily remove their app due to a surge in traffic, has released the app again the App Store.
CloudOn for iPad allows you to create, view, and edit files directly in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint in your workspace using Dropbox account.
CloudOn app allows you to do the following:

Unfortunately, while its back up its not all that it appears. It does what it claims, but it is hosting the actual program on a virtual machine running off some server. This is about the same as setting up remote access to your home computer. Still its office on your iPad... its all a matter of what you need or want.

If this is business need you must get sharepoint better product works great in mobile and desktop version. Microsoft and other companies are hosting sharepoint. Go check it out here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/online-software.aspx#
