Apple Denies Providing Backdoor Access to Indian Military
Couple of days back we reported that leaked documents, which were internal communications between the Indian military had revealed that Apple, RIM and Nokia are providing backdoor access to the Indian military to monitor cellular communication.

Back door access wasn't necessary, more like giving the keys to the front door.

"The company takes the privacy of customers and their data seriously and is committed to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws."Whenever you hear this, it is basically PR speak for "we do the bare minimum required to protect your rights but you should blame the government, not us".So basically the law in India says that the government gets a backdoor, and Apple is committed to complying.
