Carriers in Singapore to Sell Camera Less iPhone 4S Very Soon
Apple's three carrier partners in the Singapore - SingTel, StarHub and M1 will soon offer a camera less iPhone 4S model to cater to military personnel who can't carry image-capturing devices to their base.
However, unlike China, where Apple officially removes iPhone's Wi-Fi capabilities, the camera less models have no approval from Apple. Carriers take it upon themselves to remove the camera from the device, and charge premium for it.

Yeah, what about the front facing camara? As I know it's built into the front panel.

Just remove it from the software, if that works, or just break the lens, cheaper too!

It's clipped onto the board and easily removed. Only a few extra steps further than rear camera.Hardly any difficulty to be honest.
